Rescue Ranch is a not-for-profit corporation chartered under the laws of the State of Louisiana. Rescue Ranch is a 501(C)3 corporation under the laws of the United States Internal Revenue System.

All donations to Rescue Ranch are tax deductable for Federal Income Tax purposes.

A copy of our 501(C)3 determination letter is available by written request.

As a 501(C)3 not-for-profit corporation our financial and legal records are available for public viewing by appointment as required by law.
